- Fort Wainwright, Alaska has a requirement for rotary wing aircraft, management and supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies, fuels, tools, and transportation to perform aerial medical evacuation services and training for the U.S. Army Garrison, Alaska (USAGAK), Department of Defense property and operational training areas in the Donnelly Training Area, Black Rapids Training Site, Yukon Training Area and the Tanana Flats Training Area. This support may include but not limited to, USAGAK range support, environmental survey support, and general mission support in other areas as required by USAGAK. An offeror must present acceptable evidence as part of their proposal, that they possess or will possess Commercial Airlift Review Board certification. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or before 13 Jun 2008. Period of performance is 1 Sep 2008 through 31 August 2009 with an option to extend the service period. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED NAICS 621910, ambulance services; small business standard is $6.5M. Telephone request will not be honored.
