A formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 30 May 2008 via Fed Biz Ops. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS Important information concerning eligibility for award of this requirement. 1. Due to established economic agreements between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the Air Force intends to award this requirement to a business concern within the country of Turkey. Therefore, proposals outside of Turkey will not be considered. 2. The solicitation will be electronically through Fed Biz Ops.
