- This acquisition is for medical catheters, sheaths, and related items for patient treatment procedures at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston Texas. Supplies are to be ordered on an as-needed basis. The anticipated award will be for a base period (date of award through 30 September 2008) and one 12 month option period. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis and will be processed under commercial item procedures. Award will be on an all or none basis. A solicitation (Request for Quotation) will be issued on or about 04 June 2008. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The solicitation will be available at: https://www.fbo.gov/index?cck=1&au=&ck= Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone, email, or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
