- The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with B I MOYLE ASSOCIATES, INC. formerly CSI Fantom Systems, 8120 State Route 138, Williamsport, Ohio 43164,USA under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.301-1 "Sole Source Acquisitions" for upgrades to SSA’s existing VSUM/MVS software site license. The upgrades are for System 82 to a 2094-717 CPU, System 83 to a 2094-718 CPU, System 84 to a 2094-717 CPU, System 81 to a 2084-312 CPU and System 92 to a 2094-311 CPU. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Responses to this notice must be submitted by June 2, 2008 by 12:00 PM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
