- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) to MTS Systems Corporation, 14000 Technology Drive, EDEN Prairie, MD 55344-2247. The contractor shall provide replacement parts and services to the wave genertaor at the Littoral Warfare Environment. MTS is the oringinal manufacturer of this equipment has propriety knowledge of the critical components in the system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirment is 811310 and the size standard is $6.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, June 3, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
