- With this announcement, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Chicago District issues Modification 03 to Pre-Solicitation Notice for LITTLE CALUMET RIVER LOCAL FLOOD PROTECTION - STAGE VIII PROJECT, HAMMOND AND MUNSTER, INDIANA. By way of this Modification, prospective bidders are informed that the issuance date for the Solicitation is changed from 23 May 2008 to 16 July 2008. As a result of this change, the proposed bid opening date is 19 August 2008.
