- Description
- The VISN 10 Contracting Office - Dayton Facility, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428 anticipates solicitating sources and subsequently making an award for an IDIQ contract that will include road, sidewalk, and parking lot paving and painting services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and travel to perform work under this project. The work will include but not be limited to asphalt paving, concrete and sealant work, and pavement marking. Estimated construction costs range from $1,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. The location of the work will be at the Dayton VA medical Center Facility, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428. The solicitation will be issued as an "Invitation for Bid" conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and will be awarded in accordance with the procedures therein. The NAICS code will be 238990 with a size standard of $13 Million. The solicitation will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The solicitation will be issued the same day as this notice, on Thursday, May 29, 2008 as an Invitation for Bid, all bids must be received by the Dayton VA Contracting Office, Building 408 (NBC), Room 102, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428 by the Bid opening date of Friday, June 27, 2008 at 2:00 PM EST.
