- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to increase the ceiling on the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract N00164-04-D-4833 with Canadian Commercial Corporation, 50 OConnor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1A 0S6. It is anticipated that the ceiling will be increased by $5 Million from $16.7 Million to $21.7 Million. The IDIQ is for the procurement of Enhanced Combat Optical Sight (SU-230/PVS). Orders under the IDIQ will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This ceiling increase will not extend the five year contract ordering period ending 13 May 2009. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the IDIQ, such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
