- SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: The Corporation for National and Community Service seeks to lease approximately 125,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet consisting of an office facility for 22 full time employees, and residential space for 160 AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps members initially with the potential to expand to 240 and ultimately 320 members in future program years. The facility lease shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance support, grounds maintenance, janitorial services, waste disposal, security services, and faciities for training and meeting areas, storage areas, and parking for approximately 60 vehicles. These vehicles include government and privately owned vehicles. All renovations and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the lease agreement. All space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Lease commencement of October 1, 2008 is desired. LEASE TERM: 1 firm year with 4 one-year option periods. DELINEATED AREA: Vicksburg, Mississippi.
