- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3458114A002. Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for EOD-9 Bomb Suits to Med-Eng Systems Inc. All supplies are to be delivered to Building 906, Travis AFB, CA, 94535. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25, Defense DCN 20080513, and AFAC 2008-0128. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 8415. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3842.
