- Description
- The VA Medical Center, 1 VA Center, Augusta, Maine has a requirement for CONSTRUCTION - WINDOWS REPLACEMENT, VETERANS BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel to provide the following work: BID ITEM 1, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Replace Perimeter Windows, Building 248, with necessary removal of existing widows and certain other items. Work includes general construction, alterations, incidental mechanical and electrical work and necessary removal of existing equipment and certain other items. The applicable NAICS Code is 238350 with a size standard of $13 Million and Estimated Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract period will be one hundred and twenty (120) days from date of award. This acquisition is a SERVICE-DISABLED, VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Solicitation packages are now available. Solicitation closes at 3:00 p.m. EST, June 30, 2008. This requirement is subject to the availability of FY08 funds.
