- This notice is amended to notify prospective offerors that a 100% quantity option has been added to the solicitation. There are no other changes. BSM PR 0017747283. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 4920-01-474-2995, Cable Assy Interface IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (CAGE 8V613) P/N 7-562100017-1. Approved sources are Glenair (18863), Labarge (16275) and Nortech – Aerospace Systems (24600). FOB Destination. This item is not a Critical Safety Item as of May 28, 2008. Stock delivery locations are: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Destination inspection is required. Requested delivery is 116 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 12, 2008. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 14, 2008..
