- Industry Day for the DCAA Recruiting requirement will be held on June 13th, 2008 at 1:00pm EST or 1300 military time. This will be held on Fort Dix at MacDonald Hall, 5418 South Scott Plaza. Fort Dix, NJ, 08640. All interested attendees must contact Jessica Ely at jessica.ely@us.army.mil no later than 11 June 2008 5pm EST. If you will be attending in person, the following information will need to be submitted along with your acceptance: Company Full name of attendees Vehicle make, model & license plate number if known, if a rental then please state that you will be using a rental. It is possible that teleconferencing will be available possibly and maybe even video teleconferencing, if it is highly requested. If you wish to attend via teleconference or VTC then you must contact Jessica Ely no later than 3 June 2008 at 4pm EST. The closest Airports are Philadelphia or Atlantic City. There are hotels within the immediate area (Wrightstown, Cookstown) but accommodations are difficult due to the influx and outflow of soldiers and airman at this base. Please note that at this time it is not known what type of presentations are to be held at this Industry Day. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by any Contractor for attending this event.
