- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport has a requirement to procure services for the repair of Swampworks Array #2, 1 Job. It is expected to place a firm fixed price requirement to the original equipment manufacturer, ITT Corp. formerly EDO Ceramics because they have the proper tooling, models and drawing necessary to repair to the original design. Further details will be provided in solicitation #N66604-08-Q-3704 which shall be released on or about 06/13/2008. NAICS code is 334419, size standard is 500 employees. All other timely offers will be considered. Period of performance is 5 months after award, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.
