- Notice of Intent - Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Grand Junction, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Bresnan Communications. The requirement is to purchase high-speed coaxial cable internet services and coaxial cable television services. The coaxial cable does not rely on any Grand Junction VA Medical Center's telecommunications infrastructure for delivery of services. This requirement must maintain segregated communications infrastructure from the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. Bresnan Communications is the only source that can satisfy the government's requirements. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 515210 and the size standard is $13.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, Grand Junction. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they can provide high speed coaxial cable internet services and coaxial cable television services must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim no later than 2 Jun 2008 at 1 pm Mountain Time. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome the restriction of licensing requirements. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
