- General Services Administration, Heartland Global Supply, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 is requesting response for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Solicitation 6FLS-G7-084040-I for FSC 8010, Epoxy Coating Kits and Epoxy Primer Coatings issuing May 29, 2008 and closing on June 30, 2008. This Blanket Purchase Agreement covers 20 NSNs. The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on August 29, 2008, date of award, through August 28, 2013 (or 5 years from date of award). Delivery will be 45 DARO and FOB origin pre-pay/add. All 20 NSN's are In Accordance With QPL Qualification Standards. Quotes received for any manufacturer, other than those specified on the indicated Qualified Products List, will be found non-responsive and will not be considered. PLEASE READ AND BE PREPARED TO COMPLY WITH ALL CLAUSES BEFORE YOU SUBMIT QUOTES FOR CONSIDERATION. CLAUSES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.
