- The Government intends to procure the following commercial item: 1 each-AH-64 Baseline Flight Dynamics Model (Stand-alone License) and 1 each FCM driver and installation on customer supplied PC at contractor location in accordance with Statement of Work from Advanced Rotorcraft Technology (ART) in Mountainview, CA. This is the software environment that the Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) uses for flight model development and flight model operations in a simulation environment. This software is required to incorporate AED flight models into the PM Apache Risk and Cost Reduction System engineering test environment. ART is the sole producer of this software and the only source for maintenance. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be fully considered by the agency.
