- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Ted Stevens Marine Research Institute located in Juneau, AK has a requirement for heat recovery coils and a ventilation fan for delivery to Ted Stevens Marine Research Institute within 8 weeks of award. See attached detailed equipment specification for complete description of required supplies. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only firms that can provide the exact equipment described herein will be considered. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued with delivery date of no later than Aug 30, 2008. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. This RFQ closes at 4:00 p.m. June 13, 2008.
