- THE RUSHFORD REHABILITATION PROJECT, RUSHFORD, MINNESOTA consists of restoration of permanent flood control features for the City of Rushford that were damaged due to a flood event in August of 2007. Work includes restoration of eroded areas adjacent to and within the Rush Creek Channel, the dry run, along riverward levee slopes, at pipe outfalls; removal and disposal of sediment, rip rap, filler material within the channel, preparing the designated sediment disposal site for placement of sediment, restoration of sub reaches of levees to the design elevations; topsoil and seeding where required; design and construct a road raise over the levee; replacement of damaged doors and door frames at the pump and lift stations, and replacement of a damaged vent pipe within the levee prism. The requirement is subject to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended and Related Authorities under FEMA 592, June 2007, per presidential declaration of August 2007. Offers are solicited only from businesses residing or primarily doing business in the following Minnesota Counties: Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha, Winona, and the following Wisconsin Counties of Crawford, La Crosse, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon County. NAICS Code is 237990 with a small business size of $31.0 million.
