- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JENNIFER JACKSON. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Jennifer Jackson, Contract Specialist, or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-313-8194. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Valve, Regulating, Input/Output NSN: 4820-00-931-2314; Input PNs: 205-072-277-003, 205-072-277-3, and 35D10; Output PN: 35D10, in support of the UH-1 aircraft. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 20 each, maximum quantity of 144 each, including 24 each for FMS. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) acquisition in accordance with (IAW) Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1660-239, dated 31 Aug 1993 with all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs). Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All U.S. Small Business firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
