- Description
- The armored vehicle is intended to provide complete operator protection against direct small arms fire and improvised explosive devices that does not inhibit the operation or effectiveness of the vehicle system. The contractor will design a new cab, as well as changes necessary for the vehicle to support additional weight and in-cab environmental controls as necessary to meet the soldier's needs. The contractor will produce four prototypes for ballistic and automotive testing. The contractor will also support government tests. Note 22.
