- This notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for reference number FA4613-08-Q-1018. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this RFQ is currently available and can be accessed by clicking on link located above, entitled "FA4613-08-Q-1018". The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 441221, and a standard size of $6.5M. The nonmanufacturer rule will apply. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, parts, tools, materials, transportation, and installation for 6 each 4x4 utility ATVs. Minimum basic specifications are required and included within the subject solicitation. All items will be new from the manufacturer and not used or refurbished. Additionally offeror must conform to all requirements listed in the RFQ. All offerors *must* be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) on the Internet. Quotes will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (Nov 2007), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 11 am, MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME, 9 JUNE 2008. OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY TO daniel.stephens@warren.af.mil.
