- Project shall consist of reconstruction of roads damaged as a result of a storm event at nine locations on the Happy Camp Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, removal and installation of culverts; excavation and embankment; reconditioning of roadbed; placement of crushed aggregate, cold mix and concrete; placement of geotextile, riprap and gabions; construction of MSE structures for bridge wing walls; and seeding and mulching of disturbed areas. Price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated start date is August 15, 2008. Solicitation will be a Request for Proposal requiring both a technical and price proposal.. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about June 17, 2008.
