- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Maritime Industrial Division intends to procure on a sole source basis from GERBER TECHNOLOGIES, a Gerber GTXL Cutting System, etc.These items shall be procured utilizing the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and as authorized under FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 22 appliesNAICS Code 333512 with a size standard of 500 applies. Important Notice: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information regarding CCR may be found at www.ccr.gov.
