- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is the only announcement that will be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-08-T-0445. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-25 and DFARS Change Notice 20080513. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 561499 and the Small Business Standard is $6.5 Million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, non-competitive procurement action. The proposed contract action is for commercial items/services for which the Government anticipates negotiating and awarding to a single source pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 6.302- 1(a) (2) ii & FAR Part 13.. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego anticipates issuing an award to Champ Solutions of Imperial Beach, Ca on a sole source basis for the follow-on for Industrial Planning & Program Support in accordance with the statement of work included on the written solicitation which is attached to this combined/notice and posted on the NECO Website at (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). Other interested responsible small business contractors capable of meeting the requirements of this solicitation are encouraged to identify their interest and capability and to respond to the requirement and submit a proposal; providing evidence of compliance in meeting the requirements of this notice. The anticipated period of performance is June 01, 2008 through September 30, 2008. This is notice of intent however, the Government will consider all statements of interest and capability. The RFQ is available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov, which includes all the terms, conditions, and clauses.
