Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the U.S. Dept of HUD, Office of Inspector General, intends to acquire on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, through Alliant Techsystems, Inc, dba Ammunition Accessories, Inc., 2299 Snake River Ave, Lewiston, ID, USA, ATK Speer.357 Sig 125 Grain Gold Dot Hollow Point, LP Duty Carry Handgun Ammunition., P/N 53918, Quantity: 145 cases, (1000 rounds per case). The ammunition is manufactured by Alliant Techsystems, Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If a written response to this notice has not been received by June 3, 2008, no later than 2:00 P.M.
