- THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) is to satisfy the governments requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. This combined synopsis/request for quote is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The solicitation M6700108T0073 is issued as the applicable reference number. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238990 and the small business size standard is $13.0 Million. This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended, unless a statutory exception applies per FAR subpart 22.10. Line Item #0001: 9 GUAGE GALVANIZED FABRIC, 360 FEET OF 8 FOOT BY 9 GAUGE. Quantity: 360 Foot. Line Item #0002: TOP, BOTTOM, AND INTERMEDIATE RAIL, 900 FEET OF 1 5/8 OD SS40 TOP, BOTTOM AND INTERMEDIATE RAIL. Quantity: 900 Foot. Line Item #0003: LINE POST ON PLATE, (17) 3 OD SS40 WEIGHT LINE POST ON PLATE. Quantity: 17. Line Item #0004: TERMAINAL POST ON PLATE, (2) 3 OD SS40 WEIGHT TEMINAL POST ON PLATE. Quantity: 2. SERVICES TO INCLUDE INSTALLATION OF NEW FENCE AND REMOVAL OF THE OLD FENCE. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 29 MAY 2008 AT 1:00 PM AT BASE PROPERTY BLDG 1212 ON CEDAR ST ABOARD CAMP LEJEUNE.
