- NSN: 5340-01-430-4723, Bar Latch, PR17131506, This is a fully competitive item. This solicitation is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Drawings will be available after solicitation opening date. Acceptance and Inspection are at destination. FOB is destination is required. The quantity is 22,000 with a 100% quantity option. This is a commercial item. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract under Far part 13.5 for commercial items. The solicitation will not become available until the issue date of 06/2/08. A copy of the solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS)Website://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ Price and Past Performance will be evaluation factors in award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award is expected by 07/30/08. Numbered Note 13 applies.
