- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation M67865-08-T-0046 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for various microphones and related items. The Government intends to award an order, resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror who offer is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
