- This solicitation supersedes W91GY0-8-Q-0078, Joint Contracting Command, and Baghdad Iraq; still have a requirement for various trucks which is stated in the solicitation. The presolicitation notice number was W915WE8015856 which was posted by Capt Ronald Toler. He stated the solicitation number would be W91GY0-08-R-0022; however, it is not it will be W91GY0-8-Q-0088. This solicitation provides for full and open competition and will be evaluated on the basis of “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable” IAW Far Part 13. Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. Under amendments 6 & 7 of the solicitation, the response date for questions and for turning in quotes were extended. The new timeframe for turn in of any questions is 28 May 08 and the new timeframe for submittal of quotes is NLT 2000hrs Local Baghdad time, 4 Jun 08. This extension of time is to allow all vendors to review modifications that were re-posted and to ensure their quotes are based on the most current data for this solicitation.
