- DESC: 3040-01-040-7095, Part Number 12008406, The item to procure is THE HOUSING USED ON THE M38 155MM HC AND IS MADE FROM STEEL CASTING, CLASS 150-125 OR 175-145. DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATELY 5.00 x 4.75 INCHES. DIMENSIONAL LIMITS APPLY AFTER PLATING. Requirements are 60 each of the Bracket, Eye, Nonrotating Shaft. FOB is Destination. For use on the M198 Howitzer. Estimated issue date is 06 Jun 08. The proposed contract will include 1-100 percent option and the proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
