- U. S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide 47 ea Motorola Portable Astro Digital XTS5000 380-470 MHZ 1-5W 850 Chan Ltd keypad radios with options and 5 Motorola XTL 5000 UHF RI mobile 10-40 watt 380-470 MHZ radios with options, name brand or equal. ASC intends to issue Request for Quotations W52P1J-08-Q-3037 to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website, http://acquisition,army.mil on or about 9 Jun 2008 with closing 20 days from issuance. This contract will be covered under NAICS 334220. Small Business size standard for this NAICS is 750 employees or less. Solicitation is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DOD Contract. You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. All offerors are also to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors shall complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Interested firms are invited to submit offers after this solicitation is posted to the web. Amendments applicable to this solicitation will be posted to the web. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check these websites for the issuance and any changes to the solicitation.
