- USPFO of Louisiana intends to award a sole source procurement to Clamshell Structures Inc., 1990 Knoll Drive, Ventura, CA 93003. The award will be made for the purchase of repair parts required for existing clamshell structure on hand. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Clamshell Structures is the manufacturer of the existing structure and therefore the only known source of repair parts. All qualified sources must respond not later than 30 May 08, 1100 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
