Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 each 189 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company Cage 8V613. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
