- U.S. Fish and Wildlife intends to award a sole source procurement to Dr. Daniel J. Sivek with University of Wisconsin. The award will be made for the purchase of service that is required for a continuous development plan that involved the U.S. Fish and WIldlife visitor service plan ( as per 605 FW). This procurement is being made pursuant to the U.S.C. 2304 (c) 1 and FARPart 6.302-1, for other than full competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Dr. Daniel J. Sivek is the only person that can finalize the development plan. All qualified sources must repond by 28 May 08, 3:30 p.m. Eastern time zone. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon reponses to this notice solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be faxed to Nijua Heard at 404-679-4057.
