- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and request for quotes for commerical, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subjpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and the number is 08TC349. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and DFARS change notice 20070906. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999 and the size standard is 500 employees apply to this procurement. The offeror must quote on an all or none basis, state discount terms, and warranty information. “OR EQUAL” item quotes will be reviewed. If quoting on “Or equal” items, quotes must list the manufacturer, part number, warranty and must be accompanied by literature and/or a brochure detailing the specifications of the equal item including photographs and/or drawings. Submit written quote (oral offers will not be accepted) on RFQ 08TC349. The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001, QTY: 30 Each, DESCRIPTION: Dispenser, Cup and Glass Dispenser, Model # ACCA-ST or Equal. Rack Size 20x20. Casters mounted on 4” diameter, heavy duty, double ball bearing casters with non-marking rubber tieres body and frame: Constructed of all welded heavy guage stainless steel and mounted on a 12 GA. Stainless steel Z section base. The body is 20 GA. stainless on all sides and top, and is fitted with a stainless steel tublar push handle. The front panel is removable for adjustment access cup dispensing mechanism: Rack carrier, constructed of all welded 16 GA. stainless steel, is raised by a series of coil springs attached to the frame. Ball bearing guides and single stainless steel aircraft type cable to keep the carrier level in all directions, even with an unbalanced load. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representation and Certification (ORCA) database, no exceptions. To register in CCR, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. If 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items have been completed online at http://orca.bpn.gov provide DUNS code. Please include in your RFQ, Payment Terms, FOB Destination, Availability, and how long it will take to deliver items to Lackland AFB, TX. The following FAR clauses and provisions are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commerical Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Delivery and warranty are equal to price in importance.
