- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation RFQ12111-0012-8, for the requirements of educational programming and vocational technical courses. This solicitation is unrestricted to business size selection. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination to the institutions in the solicitation. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 22, 2008 and will be posted in on this website until the closing date June 3, 2008. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 3, 2008. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
