- Description
- The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 30,875 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 25,570 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to a maximum of 26,848 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease term will be for ten (10) years firm. The property must be located within the following delineated area in the Bronx: on E 161 Street beginning at intersection of River Avenue and E 161st Street in the west and ending at intersection of E 161st Street and Morris Avenue (Concourse Village East) in the east. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. All submissions must include the method of measurement used to determine the amount of rentable square feet.
