- This project is for services to perform forest stand examination plots on plantations and natural stands with a variety of vegetative conditions on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Stand examination plots will be collected using USDA Forest Service Common Stand Exam Protocols at the Extensive Examination Level for Tree data. This is an IDIQ type contract. Multiple awards may be made. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 16, 2008. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system. The ORCA site can be found by going to http://www.bpn.gov and clicking on the Online Reps and Certs Application.
