- NSN: 1680-01-133-9975, PR IQC08042009023, SPM4A7-08-R-1360. The item is a Belt, Aircraft Safety, Crewman’s. The item description cites P/N MS1670-21. First Article Pre-Production approval required. Government Testing. Sample quantity shall consist of (3) each. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). Configuration Control Applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year Plus 4) Option Years. FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The total delivery time is 474 days ARO. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity, which 2,133 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 534 each is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 4,266 each. This is solicited as 100% ‘Total Small Business Set-Aside, using Full and Open Competition, After Exclusion of Sources. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. Surge and Sustainment is not required. The solicitation will issue on June 2, 2008. The closing date is July 2, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). From the DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitation heading.
