- Provide building materials which will be used to rehabilitate residence located at Badlands National Park, Interior, SD. This includes materials required to frame and plumb the facility, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, doors, windows, and associated supplies to affix/install these items. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will only be available at the following web site: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The solicitation will be issued O/A May 7, 2008 and will close on 5/27/2008 at 4:00 PM MDT unless amendments are issued. This acquisition is open to small business; the associated NAICS code is 423310 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The Product and Service Code is 5680. The government will award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with the lowest price. The government may award line items on an individual basis. Multiple awards may be made from the solicitation. A bid for all line items is not required. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
