- U.S. Army Carlisle Barracks has a requirement to procure services for event catering. The contractor will be responsible for providing banquet room, food, and beverages for multiple events for approximately 300 plus individuals in support of the National Security Seminar hosted by the US Army War College from 2-5 June 2008. Contractor will provide set-up of banquet area in accordance with the statement of work. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 722320 and the small business size standard is 6.5 million. This requirement will be sole source to Letort View Community Center at Carlisle Barrack in Carlisle Pennsylvania. Carlisle Barracks current security provides the necessary force protection for distinguished visitors who will be attending the seminar. The vendor is within close proximity to the schedule of events and will allow attendees and host of the seminar to meet their timeline at the academic facility without delay.
