A Request for Proposal will be issued for a Definite Quantity Contract on an unresticted basis with Full and Open Competition, FOB Destination and Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. The required quantity is 1000 with a 100% option provision. Required delivery is 88 days ARO to Richmond, VA 23297.
