- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Special Response Team Training Support. The Government contemplates and indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract for one base year and four option years using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. Proposals may be submitted only by response to the attached solicitation package. Proposals must reference solicitation # DJA08S000025. If you intend to submit a proposal ensure all applicable blocks are completed on Standard Form SF 1449. Complete pricing in Section B for the base year and option years. Complete all certifications and representations. Return technical proposal in accordance with the solicitations with your past performance. All interested parties must submit a proposal by 3:00 PM EST June 9th, 2008. Proposals must include technical capabilities, past performance and price as per the attached solicitation DJA08S000025.
