- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for human resources support services. The procurement will be competitively set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business contractors. The applicable NAICS Code is 561320. The Solicitation was released on May 20, 2008 via the Government's electronic posting website at www.fbo.gov.
