- Shaw AREVA MOX Services, LLC (MOX Services) is seeking suppliers/subcontractors with experience manufacturing, assembling, and the inspection and delivery of build-to-print QL-4 Electrical Cabinets. The supplier shall manufacture and assemble the enclosures; components, equipment, and wiring that when assembled constitute the Personal Equipment Protection Panels, OBT Panels and Network Connection Boxes in support of the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility (MFFF) Construction Project to be built at the Department of Energy (DOE) Savannah River Site (SRS). The PAR PAD Quality Level 4 (QL-4) Electrical Cabinets will be purchased under a Supply Subcontract. Interested parties are to submit Pre-Qualification Packages for the Company or Team as a whole. Companies that team shall have a Prime Supplier/Subcontractor designated. The Prime Supplier/Subcontractor will be the direct interface between the Team and MOX Services. Team Pre-Qualification packages shall be written to cover the Prime Supplier/Subcontractor and key teaming Companies and shall be submitted by the Prime Subcontractor. Pre-Qualification packages can be obtained by emailing a request to Gale Cone at ghcone@moxproject.com or visiting our company website at http://www.moxproject.com/resources/procurement/vendorforms.shtml. Companies or Teams that have a current MOX Services approved Pre-Qualification package on-file need not submit another package, unless the submitted package requires updating. A Letter of Interest to submit a proposal from the Company or the Team Prime Supplier/Subcontractor shall be emailed to Christine S. Corbin at ccorbin@moxproject.com. The Letter of Interest shall state that the Supplier/Subcontractor has a Pre-Qualification package on-file with MOX Services or that the Pre-Qualification package will be forwarded. Letters of Interest are due by 4 PM EST on 02 Jun 2008, with Pre-Qualification packages submitted by 4 PM EST on 04 Jun 2008. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor shall it be construed as an announcement for the issuance of future RFPs. Point of Contact Christine S.
