- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334515, 500 employee size standard. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure the following items on a manufacturer sole source basis from Narda Microwave. The items consist of: Item Number 1) NBM-550 RF Survey Meter (Model 2400/101) (Qty 2); Item Number 2) NBM-520 RF Survey Meter (Model 2400/102) (Qty 4); Item Number 3) EF0391 E-Field Probe 100 kHz-3 GHz (Model 2402/01) (Qty 6); Item Number 4) EF5092 E-Field Probe 300 MHz-50 GHz (Model 2402/11) (Qty 6). DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. All items need to be delivered FOB Destination to the NSWCDD. Provide an estimated delivery date or lead time on the quote. (How many days? Weeks?, Etc.) The order shall be a firm fixed price purchase order. Award is to be made under Simplified Procedures (FAR 13) by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17632 Dahlgren Road Ste 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 29 May 2008. Offers may be submitted via e-mail in Microsoft format to DLGR_NSWC_XDS13@navy.mil or via facsimile at (540) 653-6810, Attn: XDS13-8. Reference Request for Quotation Number N00178-08-Q-3028 on all correspondence. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
