- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Ok intends to issue a solicitation RFQ51306-014-8 fo the requirements of Frozen Meats Order. This solicitation is 100% Small Business, FOB Destination,delivery dates will begin the first week of July 2008. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Transfer Center at 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd Oklahoma City, OK 73169. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2008 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website:http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distrubuted through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information aout this solicitation. The anticipated date of receipt for quotes is June 13, 2008 by 2:30 pm CST. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or utilizing the agencies Credit Card Program. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
