- The proposed procurement is Competitive Set Aside; NAICS 237990 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $18.5 million average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years, estimated cost of services is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicit and Award one contract for construction project consisting of hydraulically dredging the federal channel and place material behind stone breakwaters that may be extended, and then create a wetland. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package.
