- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned for this procurement will be EA133M-08-RQ-0546. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and subsequent contract will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25.
